The Oil Millis a building located in Collbató town, in Baix Llobregat region, which was named cultural property of local interest.

Insidethe nave, there is the oil press and the millstone of the old mill. The building has been recently renovated to restore itsfunction as oil mill.

It was formerlyused as a stockyard, but in the early twentieth century it was converted into an oil mill. Its cultural value is mainly in the fact that it still works as a semiartisanal press, which allows us to know the process of oil production firsthand.
